Policies

• Registration & First Months Tuition are due at the time of registration.
• Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month.  A late fee of $15.00 will be added after the 10th of each month.  Dancers with past due accounts after the 15th of the month, will not be allowed to attend classes until tuition is paid in full.
  
• Beehive Dance Studio is a year round dance studio with classes running June - May each season.  Monthly tuition is based upon this and therefore, tuition is not prorated for months with Studio Closures.  Some months will have 5 classes and some months may have 3 classes due to studio closures for Holiday Breaks.
  
• Credit/pro-rating will not be given for missed classes or studio closures, however, dancers are encouraged to makeup missed classes in another class of their appropriate age/level.
  
• There will be a $25 returned check fee for all returned checks.  Any account having 2 returned checks, will no longer be allowed to pay by check, cash/money order/debit/credit only.
  
• If a student needs to withdraw from Beehive Dance Studio for any reason, a withdraw form from BDS faculty must be filled out and submitted 7 days prior to the 1st of the next month. Enrollment is continuous from one season to the next, until an official withdrawal has been made. 
  
• Your child's HEALTH and SAFETY are extremely important to Beehive Dance Studio, however, the studio is not responsible for injury on the premises or at any sponsored event.. Parents are responsible for behavior and constant supervision of children when they are not in the classroom.
  

Monthly Tuition

1 class per week = $40.00 per month

2 classes per week = $75.00 per month

3 classes per week = $105.00 per month

4 classes per week = $135.00 per month

$40.00 per family Annual Registration
